A new office was required due to the expansion of the team. It was necessary to create a comfortable workspace to accommodate more than 40 employees and provide for the necessary functional zones. The office is based on an open space. There are also four offices for the heads of departments and a separate office for the General Director with its own terrace. About 20% of employees work remotely. The space also has a kitchen, coffee points and three zoom rooms. A system for booking meeting rooms was used, where interactive panels are provided instead of TVs. The interior is oriented towards the “Western/American style”. Elements of this style can be seen in any American movie about careerists, so-called “white-collar workers” who spend their working days in buildings on Wall Street. The combination of classic finishes, art and exposed ceilings is a reference to the very first lofts that appeared in abandoned factories and other industrial buildings in 1920s New York, at the height of the industrial decline. All of this reflects the spirit of a conservative company that gives confidence to its clients in its thoroughness and seriousness.
