About the project

Yasny residential complex is a new standard of living in the south of Moscow. There are no cars in the courtyard, and its own infrastructure includes a kindergarten, sports grounds, supermarkets and cafes. Three buildings with heights from 8 to 20 floors are being actively occupied. In order not to get lost in the large territory, to choose the right route to the right building or store, new residents and guests need navigation. Navigation elements stylized under the tree crowns develop the corporate style of the complex. Fulfilling the informational task, they are part of the landscaping, making the strict high-rise architecture closer and friendlier. Their shape and color emphasize the environmental friendliness of the facades and the proximity of the complex to large city parks. For cars, navigation elements matching the architecture are installed along the outer perimeter. The same colors, textures, materials of execution. On the entrance stele, oriented to the main highways, there are logos of the brands that are represented in the Yasnoye shopping center. Large section numbers and the list of apartments with night illumination help to find the right address at once.
