Laminam's Flagship Showroom
2025About
The key objective of the project was to create a multifunctional space of 300 sq. m, combining presentation, educational, and business functions. The goal was not simply to build an exhibition hall, but to create an environment that enables communication with the professional community — architects, designers, developers, and clients. The interior concept is built on the idea of a “space-as-library” and the demonstration of the material’s natural essence — the ceramic surfaces. The foundation is a warm, natural palette that references clay as the basic raw material for ceramics, complemented by metal accents. The space is conceived as an immersive environment where visitors interact with the material through architecture, light, and tactile sensations. The sample library becomes the main focal point, while the amphitheater highlights the showroom’s educational and communicative function. Particular attention is paid to demonstrating the use of ceramic surfaces in interior and exterior applications, including non-standard solutions and the integration of the material into furniture and architectural elements. Lighting design has become one of the main tools for shaping the space. A lighting system has been developed with the ability to adjust color temperature (3000K–4000K) and brightness using the DALI-2 protocol, making it possible to demonstrate the material in various usage scenarios. This is important for design professionals who select materials for their clients’ interiors. The project incorporates modern technological solutions: lighting control, automatic curtains, and integrated multimedia elements. A central pylon with a concealed screen is used for presentations and events. The space supports flexible work scenarios: employees can use different areas depending on the task, and multifunctional solutions make it possible to quickly transform the space for events.
